Subprocessor Disclosure
Last updated June 19, 2026
Processing scope
This disclosure covers the service providers and subprocessors used to operate jonathanrreed.com, deliver contact messages, reduce abuse, and keep the site available. Contact form submissions are not sold.
Most visitors only load static pages, images, fonts, and analytics scripts. If you use the contact form, the message is handled as a direct request for conversation, project fit, or a practical next step. Do not send passwords, production secrets, medical details, account numbers, or confidential project files through the first message.
Current subprocessors
- Cloudflare: hosting, security controls, caching, abuse prevention, and request handling.
- Resend: email delivery for contact form messages and related replies.
These providers may handle normal request metadata, form contents, delivery logs, security events, and routing information needed to run the site. They are used for hosting, delivery, security, abuse prevention, and basic operational reliability.
Data Processing Addendum
A project-specific Data Processing Addendum (DPA), confidentiality terms, or handling plan should be agreed before confidential material, production credentials, private documents, logs, training examples, or regulated records are shared for any project.
The default posture is simple: share the least sensitive version of a problem first, agree on the channel and retention expectations, then move into deeper technical context only when the scope requires it.
